1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:30 AM.

2. Can I check in late at night?

Yes! Our staff are available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, you can collect your key from our secure keybox. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can send you the code and instructions before you arrive.

3. Is there an elevator, and which floor is my room on?

We do not have an elevator, so access to upper-floor rooms is by stairs. Your floor depends on the room type you book. Please check the room descriptions linked from our website for floor details before booking.

4. Is the Wi-Fi suitable for working and video calls?

Yes, we offer reliable Wi-Fi suitable for online work and video calls. We regularly welcome digital nomads who work remotely during their stay.

5. Does every room have a balcony and mountain view?

Not every room offers both a balcony and a mountain view. Please check the photos and description of your chosen room to see its features and views.

6. Is breakfast included, and is there a kitchen?

We do not provide breakfast or kitchen facilities. You can conveniently order food for delivery through Grab.

7. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out. Please arrange this with our staff during reception hours.

8. Is there parking for cars or motorcycles?

We have space for bicycles and motorcycles in front of the building. We do not have car parking.

9. How do I get there from Chiang Mai Airport?

You can find a taxi at the taxi desk in the arrivals hall near the exit. The fare is approximately ฿160, and the journey takes around 14 minutes, depending on traffic. 

10. Are laundry facilities available?

We do not have on-site laundry facilities, but we’re happy to recommend nearby laundry services just a few blocks away, within a few walk.
